Hot bath/jacuzzi   03/29/16
Reviewed by:     Location Not Given
A hot bath or Jacuzzi helps to relax my muscles greatly, and warm the bones. I have found it does help a lot. I will get fibro rashes at times, and it really doesn't help them, but I do have something that is simple to make that will stop the rashes for good! Before I would be a month with steroids trying to clear one up. I have turned to essential oils to make body products, and it has helped greatly! Plus my skin is now amazing instead of very dry and itchy.

baths   03/06/12

Taking a hot bath to reduce the symptoms of fibro is a wonderful uplifting experience, just lying there and relaxing is a great starting point. The warm water wraps itself around your painful joints, creating a womb-like environment. Getting in a bath can be an absolute pain, (my legs cramp up) but oh the joy,try going to bed after a bath, this to me is heaven.

Benefits of Hoy Baths   04/12/11
Reviewed by:     Location Not Given
This is the very first thing I tried when my pain began, even before I realized what was wrong with me. Granted, there are days even a hot bath is not enough to relax the muscles or numb the pain, but overall it is one of the best treatments, besides medicine, that I have found. It doesn't last long, perhaps only a couple of hours, but it's nice to have even 2 or 3 hours relief from the constant pain. It's definitely worth trying, especially if it isn't yet time to take pain medicine.
