Since it is very easy to buy injectable B complex and syringes here (no RX). I find that injecting myself daily has helped my energy and appetite which I have a real problem with both. I am now wondering how long/much to take.

Vitamin B injections   08/29/05
Reviewed by:     Los Angeles, California, USA
I was having 2cc of B complex plus extra B6 and B12 1/4th-1cc once a wk. This was a very noticable improvement in energy and depression. I stopped the treatment because I went on vacation, but wanted to resume again upon return. When I asked a Dr. about this; she said there wasn't any clear evidence from studies done that prove the effectiveness of treatment. I am presently looking into some other things and considering finding someone again to administer the injections. I think it was definitely helping me. Currently I am on my 3rd anti-depressant (during a 4 yr. period) along w/ Ambien or xanax to help aid anxiety at night to sleep. Have tried many other things w/out alot of relief.
