REST DOES NOT HELP ME AT ALL I GET MORE PAIN AND SEVERLY DEPRESSED TO THE POINT OF SUICIDE..I WANT TO GET BACK TO WORK I CANT WORK AND SUPPORT MY FINANCES DR RECOMMENDED TO HAVE SURGERIES TO CORRECT THE THINGS I CAN SO I DID. HESTORECTOMY CLEARED UP MY BREATHING, STOMACHE ABDOMINAL PAIN, FIBROID CYSTS IN MY BREASTS , AND NO MORE CYSTS ON MY OVARIES,,,,,,,CARPAL TUNNEL SURGERY LEFT AND RIGHT HAND RIGHT HAND HURTS REAL BAD AND ITS BEEN A WHILE THE MORE I SIT AR0UNT THE MORE DEPRESSED I GET NOT BEING ABLE TO EVEN DO THE SMALLEST OF RESPONSIBILITIES IS DIFFICULT

I try to slow down a lot. I find that taking breaks several times a day seems to help out with symptom flareup. I also try and do gentle exercise.
