Relaxation with benefits   11/21/06
Reviewed by:     Location Not Given
Water relaxes me and its the only time my muscles are not all tense thereby giving them rest and the exercises in warm water do not hurt or feel like work at the time. It tires me a lot but the stress release I get plus the benefit of toning my muscles to improve walking up stairs, balance etc. is definitely worth it. As is the power of making new friends.

Makes you feel good   10/30/06

This is so nice. WHEN you can find a pool that is heated. My husband and I went on a trip last month and the hotel that we were staying in told me that the pool was heated really good. When we got in it was like swimming in bath water. It felt so good and it helped me in many ways. I also go swimming in the area to and I think that this is the best thing out there for anyone to do. It relieves pain, relaxes your mind and body. It also helps you sleep at night. So if there is anywhere you can go that has a heated pool GO FOR IT you will enjoy it. IT IS GOOD FOR US!
