My husband massages the trigger points and where I direct him to my pain. After 30 minutes, I can feel the relief in my brain because the pain can be almost disturbing. After 30 more minutes I can move about and do light house keeping or sleep some if I haven't been able to sleep.

Love it - massage helps me.   08/09/04

I love it. I get a massage every night from my husband. It helps with my pain and helps me sleep. I rated the cost and the convenience a 7 because it's inconvenient for him, and while I appreciate the time he takes to give me a massage nightly, I feel like I owe him at some level.
