Works great
I started taking melatonin to help with sleep. At first it did not seem to work but I kept taking ti anyways and after about three weeks I found myseld falling alseep quickly which was unheard of for me. I still wake up occassionally early a.m. but usually can sleep right through until the alarm goes off.

Feels good at the time but does not last
I was prescribed this treatment by a naturopathic doctor. I did not find it beneficial except at the exact time I was doing it. It felt good at the time but even five mintues later the effects disipated.

Did not work for me
I took malic acid for over a year on the advise of a naturopathic doctor. I found no noticeable difference in my symptoms at any time during that time frame.

Homeopathy Treatment
Going to a homeopath helped me to be able to cope with the symptoms but has not relieved them completely. First of all you get a sympathetic ear, someone who takes all the time you need to talk about what you need to talk about. That was a new experience for me. Over the five years of treatment I have found that the level of overall pain has decreased dramatically although I still have many bad days. Also I have never used homeopathy alone but have used other techniques such as relaxation, sleep rituals etc.
