Makes you feel good
This is so nice. WHEN you can find a pool that is heated. My husband and I went on a trip last month and the hotel that we were staying in told me that the pool was heated really good. When we got in it was like swimming in bath water. It felt so good and it helped me in many ways. I also go swimming in the area to and I think that this is the best thing out there for anyone to do. It relieves pain, relaxes your mind and body. It also helps you sleep at night. So if there is anywhere you can go that has a heated pool GO FOR IT you will enjoy it. IT IS GOOD FOR US!

Vicodin
hmmm it is a good drug for toothaches, or when you get one pulled. BUT for our type of pains ummm nahhhh didn't work for me. It only gave me a spacey feeling or a feeling of floating on air. So I stopped taking it. But it is a great pain reliever if you get any teeth pulled out.

TRIGGERED CHEMICAL SENSITIVITIES
Well I took this long ago and all it did for me was trigger my chemical sensitivity and caused a burning sensation throughout my body. The Dr didn't believe me but it really does happen to me. I was on it for 2 days and WHAM it hit me hard. When I get them sensations I sweat and when I sweat with the burning sensations it comes out of my hands, armpits, feet, forehead and when I sweat it stings and burns BIG TIME. It hurts! Something in this drug made this happen. I no lonnger have this dr. either! NOT WORTH IT TO ME!

TRIGGERED SHAKINESS
I was on this along with trazadone cymbalta was during the day for pain that is what they told me anyhow. It worked somewhat. I already have a slight tremor since birth in my hands. BUT during the day in the afternoon my whole body started to shake and I got bad headaches, and I couldn't think straight. My friends even said get off the stuff! That can't be good for you so call your dr. but the dr. said it would take a month for it to work completely as the time went on I would wake up in the morning and I would get up out of bed and as I stood up I felt like I was being pushed into the floor. So I called the dr again and I told him I refused to take it and he got upset. So guess what? I no longer have that Dr. and I will never take Cymbalta again! NOT WORTH IT!

A Muscle relaxer
Well I have had trouble with this drug. I took a half tab and within 20 minutes I felt like i was being prepped for surgery. you know that awful groggy feeling you get when you have to count back from 10 to be put under, well that is how I felt.I walked around the room and I felt as though my body was going to melt down to the floor and my husband said I was slurring alot. I had no control over anything. Yes it is a Muscle relaxer I understand that. But I don't like the feeling I can't have any control over my own body even though it did help with a little of the pain. It is a good drug to be prepped for surgery and that is all it is good for.

Want to lose your memory try this!
Yes I have tried this and it does help with the pain and does help you sleep - BUT if that is all you want to do is sleep this is the one for you. Let alone if you want to lose your memory this is a good one for that. I was talking to my sister one night one the phone and I mention something about her birthday coming up and she said to me what are you on - you are on the happy pills aren't you? I told her I was on Darvorcet and she told me that her birthday was about 2 months ago and here I insisted that it was in a couple of days. No this is NOT A GOOD MEDICINE TO USE!! STAY AWAY FROM IT!

Pacing Myself
I have been told by many doctors to Pace myself more. It is hard to learn that you have to pace yourself when you have been a person that has not paced yourself for many yrs. I have now learned that if I don't I will have extreme pains. I now am doing much better as I have learned how to pace myself after all these yrs. Word of advice: You MUST pace yourself - do little by little and take your time. This is only if you want to feel better.I know it is a hard thing to do sometimes. But if you want to relieve some of your pains you MUST learn to pace yourself and not do everythingg at once. This has helped me with some thing but not all.
