The only way to get rid of your trigger points for good is to find the right doctor. There are only 6 doctors in the United States that are trained properly to use the Simon's and Travel trigger point injection proticol.Dr Janet Travel was President Kennedy's personal physician.I do not understand why so many people on this site complain about 1 day of pain from the injections when they can be permanitly pain free.

This protocol is worthless
When a protocol has to have a hot line to advise you on all the things that you have to avoid it is truly a joke. You can't even walk barefoot in the grass. I used this total waist of time for 9 month's. One thing that you should know is that this protocol states that you have to get sicker before you get better and it sure as hell did that.If you really have myofascial pain go to the Blatman Pain clinic in Cincinnati Ohio.Dr Blatman is America's leading authority on Simon's and Travail's trigger point therapy and IT DOES WORK.After two years of this protocol I have gone from a cripple to leaving a pain free productive life His phone number is (513)956-3200

Not a cure but it is far more effective than opiat
Until I used marijuana for my muscle and trigger point pain. I had no hope! I almost committed suicide.What should be illegal is the pain clinics that give opiates away like candy. Used with triggerpoint injections I have recovered from being a cripple with no quality of life
