I use a theracane
I use a thera cane for trigger point pain. It's a hooking device that you can use to get at the trigger points on your back.

Yes it works
My myofascial pain specialist worked on my trigger points and it helps alot. This is a favorite of mine but again, it's sort of expensive.

This did not help
A friend suggested this to me. It wasn't the best advice. They adjust your spine with a clicking device that softly punches your bones of your spine in. I learned at the session that chiropractors believe that a crooked spine causes pain, and that an "adjustment" will help. That's when I knew it wasn't going to help me. It seems as if chiropractic is for other types of pain. I also got a headache after the chiropractor twisted my neck.

Not bad at all
What can I say but this therapy is rather different. A guy with these rather heated hands places his hands upon your sore spots or tender points, and soothes the problem. They leave their hands on you for quite some time. It's actually not a bad therapy. My pain went away somewhat. It's a little costly. I would do it again if had the money.

Yes it works
A low carb diet helps with fibromyalgia brain fogginess. I have much more clarity when I have the discipline to follow my chicken breast diet. It helps prevent my symptoms from flaring up.

Massage for my fibromyalgia basically helps
I went to a massage therapist who knew what she was doing. She was able to work on my trigger points and my tender points. I find massage to be really soothing and stress relieving. I think the most important thing is to find someone who is really good if you're going to be spending all of your money.
