I had been having vertigo and meclizine was not helping. So the doc Rx this . I also have FMS. It was very calming, but as with most things that are supposed to make one sleep, it kept me up all night, twice. Since sleep is such an important commodity in my life, I opted to stop taking it. It did seem to help with the incessant itching I have on my skin. It helped with the anxiety and so I will say that it helped with clarity in that respect, and it is very calming. It cost $20 for a month worth. I find that to be reasonable. I think I felt less pain again because of the calming sensation.
